CT-CG Cold Galvanising Paint
Chemtools High Performance Cold Gal, liquid cold galvanising is a zinc rich coating containing metallic zinc. It prevents rust and corrosion caused by welding and exposure to harsh environments. The unique blend of 99% zinc purity dust in an epoxy resin formulation produces a film which provides years of protection. Cold Gal chemically bonds with iron and steel, and actually fuses with the base metal to provide rust and corrosion resistance. Cold Gal can also be used as a primer for most paints and is available in a spray pack or in bulk sizes.

Features:

High performance, highly resistant to salt corrosion and water.
Used as a primer on most metals, may be top coated with conventional brush coats including Silver-Gal.
Long lasting protection against corrosion.
Dry to touch in 15-30 minutes and dry to handle in 1 hour.
